1. My product hasn't arrived yet. When will it get here?

We ship our products from northwest Pennsylvania via USPS, UPS and UPS Surepost (UPS delivers to your post office and then they deliver the package to you). You should have received an email 24-48 hours after you placed your order giving you tracking information. If you did not receive that email, call us toll-free at 1-800-479-0164 and we will help you find your order.

2. How much will it cost to get my order shipped to me?

This depends upon where you live. If you are in the 48 contiguous states (not Alaska and Hawaii), your shipping cost is $5.00 no matter how much you buy. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, the cost is $16.50. If you live in Canada or Puerto Rico, the cost is $22.00. For anywhere else, it is $50.00. 3. I need to get my pants shortened. Can you do that for me?

Yes, we offer FREE ALTERATIONS on pants and other select items. Please visit our alterations page for more details.

4. What happens if I order the wrong size or I don't like the item I ordered? Can I get a refund?

Yes, we offer a Money Back Guarantee. Please visit our Returns page for complete details.

5. Is this site secure? I'm worried about using my credit card?

Yes, this is a secure site. When you go to checkout and give us confidential information, you will be connected to our secure server, which has been operating on the Internet since 1995 and has never been breached. Your data is secure with us. However, we also accept orders over the phone, toll-free, at 1-800-479-0164.

6. Can I place an order with your company offline?

Big and Tall Guys has taken steps to ensure privacy and security while shopping online with us. If you are still uncomfortable with ordering merchandise online, we understand. We offer options for you to use in ordering your merchandise with us.

Phone Option:
Give us a call, toll-free, and we will be more than happy to take your order. 1-800-479-0164. Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time.

Fax Option:
Use our online order form, and print it before the final "Submit" option. Or just write down your information and fax it to us. Once we receive your fax we will pull your order and let you know the availability of your merchandise. Please include a phone number so we are able to reach you regarding your order.

Mail Option:
You may call us to place your order, and then send a money order or personal check to:

We will ship as soon as we receive the money order. Personal checks will require us to hold the order for 2 weeks until the check has cleared.

7. Do you offer additional discounts or coupons?

Yes, we sometimes offer coupons or discounts that are not advertised to the general public. You can sign up for discount notifications via email at the bottom of any page on this website. Also, when you purchase items, you are automatically enrolled in the BAT (Big and Tall) Club, where you earn lifetime discounts.

8. I need to buy a present, but don't have a lot of money to spend. What do you suggest?

Visit our Under $20 Clearance page, where you will find lots of items to choose from, and all of then are $20 or less. You could also choose to purchase a Gift Card.
