Returns Policy

If you need to return an item or items, we'd like to make it as easy as possible for you to do so.  Please keep in mind we will not accept or issue credit for any returned merchandise that has been washed, worn, altered, had the tags removed, or is returned in the above mentioned condition unless there is a manufacturer defect or fabric flaw found within 30 days.  Items must be returned in original packaging.  In accordance with State and local Health Department rules opened underwear packages may not be returned.  These items will be donated to a local charity with no credit issued.

“All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.”

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Any altered pants shorter than 28 inches are non-returnable.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

UPS Express shipping is available for the 48 Contiguous States and for an additional charge, all express orders received before 12:00 EST will ship the same day.  Express orders will ship through UPS only, UPS Next Day and 3 Day deliveries are also available.  Call or email for pricing.  UPS will make Saturday deliverries in certain areas of the country, but they are not considered Standard shipping and prices will vary.

If you place your order for 2 Day Delivery on a weekend, or holiday please be aware that the shipping cycle for these orders starts on the next available business day.  Saturday and  Sunday are not considered business days.  Delivery for 2 Day Air shipped on Friday will be on Tuesday.

APO/FPO shipping through USPS only.  International packages ship according to weight and destination.  The customer is responsible for any customs and/or duties on the shipment.

If you have an exceptionally large order, shipping charges may be more. and we will not ship until we receive an approval from you.  You will be contacted by email as to the extra charges.

 When We Ship:

 We ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include a street address, if possible, as UPS does NOT ship to a P.O. Box. Shipments to P.O. Boxes go through the Post Office only. Larger shipments must have a street address to ship to. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you by email or by phone, so please watch your emails.

We do NOT ship on weekends or holidays. Ground deliveries are based on standard business days. A business day includes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Observed holidays, Saturday and Sunday are NOT considered a business day.

Express shipping is available for an additional charge depending upon which expedited service you desire. Express orders received before 12:00 EST will ship the same day. UPS Next Day orders place on Friday will deliver on Monday, and Second Day Air delivery would be on Tuesday. Saturday express delivery may be available for certain locations. Please email or call for details if a Saturday delivery is needed.

Customers will receive an email with the tracking number when an order has shipped. You may track packages at the United States Postal Service site, or, at the United Parcel Service site.

Inclement weather and expedited shipments:

We make every effort to process and ship expedited orders in a timely fashion.  Delays in expedited shipments due to weather conditions are our of our control once they leave our shipping center.

If a shipment is sent to the wrong address and we are at fault, we will re-send to the correct address.  If we receive a package back and the customer has given the incorrect shipping address, the customer will be responsible for a $10.00 charge to re-ship.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS:  If a shipment is refused or non-deliverable, the customer will be billed for the shipping costs of the refused or non-deliverable order both ways with a 25% restocking fee added.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
